Hello and welcome to Aloware! We're excited to have you on board, but before we get started, here are a few features you might find interesting as a former CloudTalk user.

#1. No hidden fees

Most CloudTalk users are concerned about the outbound call charges per minute. Our uPro plan includes unlimited inbound and outbound calling.

The usage dashboard allows you to monitor your organization's use of the Aloware plan to which you have subscribed. It contains data on local and toll-free phone calls, SMS and MMS messages, and faxes sent and received.

#2. Exceptional and effortless Zoho & Pipedrive integration

Aloware is a contact center solution that works with Zoho and Pipedrive. Aloware inside Zoho or Pipedrive CRM makes it simple to make the most of your phone calls. You can manage and update leads, reach out to customers, and close more deals with Aloware. All features are easily accessible thanks to the seamless and user-friendly integration.

Aloware automatically associates Aloware contacts with Zoho Contacts or Zoho Leads. Both platforms synchronize data such as contact name, phone number, notes, and calls and SMS messages related to the contact. Aloware uses the email field to associate Aloware contacts with Zoho Contacts or Zoho Leads.

Authenticating Zoho with Aloware

  1. In your Aloware account, navigate to the Integrations menu.

  2. Go to the Zoho card, and click the Settings button.

  3. In the Zoho Settings, enable the Integration Settings.

  4. Click the Authenticate button to validate your Zoho account.

  5. When you click the Authenticate button, it will redirect you to the Zoho page requesting authentication.

Two-way Sync Contacts

To sync contacts from Aloware:

  1. In your Aloware account, go to the Integrations tab from the left panel of your screen.

  2. Click the Zoho card, and click the Settings button.

    1. Click the "Push Contacts" button to bring your contacts and activities from Aloware to your Zoho account.

  3. Push Aloware contacts to the Zoho Module you selected. Use when you have contacts in Aloware that are not in Zoho. Contact activities made in Aloware show up as either call records or notes in Zoho, depending on the channel type. Example of a contact activity being pushed to Zoho:

    1. An SMS was sent to a contact in Aloware.

To sync contacts to Zoho:

  1. Click the "Pull Contacts" button to bring Zoho's contact information to Aloware. It is a one-time pull and will sync in Zoho and Aloware.

Always click the Pull Contacts button if you are using Aloware frequently. Otherwise, if you use the Aloware desktop app or web app using click-to-call, information will be synced at the time of the call, text, or contact creation.

Connecting Aloware and Pipedrive provides a secure and automated way to manage contacts' information, users, and leads on both platforms. Once synced, you can access the contact information in Pipedrive directly from Aloware.

Authenticate Pipedrive Account

  1. In your Aloware Admin account, go to the Integrations tab.

  2. Search for the Pipedrive card, then click Settings.

  3. In Aloware's Pipedrive settings, enable the Integration status button, then click Authenticate.

  4. You will be redirected to the Pipedrive login portal to enter your credentials.

  5. Read through what to expect in the integration.

  6. Click the Allow and Install button.

Automated Syncing

After you connect Aloware and Pipedrive, you need to turn the sync on. With the Aloware syncing feature, a one-time pull will sync the following:

  1. Two-way Sync of Contacts

  2. One-way Sync of Users

  3. One-way Sync of Lead Stages

Besides the cloud-based platform, you can also use your smartphone or desktop to send a message or hop on a phone call within the Aloware app. You will receive access to 24/7 customer support as a valued customer.
