Aloware Talk allows agents to engage with customers through multiple channels, including email. This guide shows you how to send an email to a contact directly from your account.
Prerequisite
Before sending an email, ensure the contact has an email address saved in their record.
Steps to send an email
Log in to your Aloware Talk account.
Go to the Contacts or Communications page.
Select the contact you want to email.
Confirm that the contact has an email address associated with their account.
In the message box, click the Email option.
Compose your email, including a subject line and body text.
Choose the line you want to send from.
Click Send Email to deliver the message.
