Even during an active Power Dialing session, you can add contacts easily:
Right-click the Power Dialer menu and choose "Open Link in New Tab".
In the new browser tab, you'll be taken to the "My Queue" page.
Follow the Step 1 to add contacts.
Once added, your contacts will appear at the top or bottom of the list.
