Keeping in touch with leads and clients is key to doing well in sales and customer service. This guide shows you how to use your Power Dialer system to call people again who you've already contacted. We’ll walk you through how to organize and set up your calls to make sure you don’t miss out on any opportunities.

Scenario

Let's say you have a Power Dialer list named "Leads to Call Today", with the following statuses:

  • 9 - All

  • 2 - In Queue

  • 7 - Called

  • 0 - Failed

  • 0 - Scheduled

Goal: You want to redial the 7 contacts that have been called.

Step 1: Create a Dynamic List in the Contacts Menu

  1. Create a Dynamic List

    • Go to the Contacts menu.

    • Click on Create a dynamic list.

  2. Set Up Filters

    • Click on Filters.

    • Set your filter properties as follows:

      • Line > choose "is any of" > select the line you used in your previous power dialing session.

      • Outbound Calls > set to "Is Known."

      • Last Outbound Engagement > choose "Today."

These filters will help you identify the contacts you called today using that specific line.

Remember, this list will dynamically update to include only the contacts that meet these criteria.

Step 2: Create the Redialling List in Power Dialer

Note on Power Dialer Lists

Keep in mind that Power Dialer lists are not dynamic. You need to recreate and update the redialing list each time manually. Make sure to rename the list with the current date to keep it organized.

  1. Prepare the Power Dialer

    • Navigate to the Power Dialer menu.

    • Choose Add a list from your existing contact lists.

    • Select the list you just created for redialing.

    • The contacts will populate in the Power Dialer list.

This guide will help you efficiently manage your contacts for redialing in a structured way.
