Why you’re doing this
If you're experiencing a problem with a specific call in Aloware Talk, retrieving the call's details and sharing the link with Support will help resolve the issue faster.
How to retrieve call details
Go to contacts in Aloware Talk
From the Aloware Talk dashboard, click the Contacts tab.
Find the contact associated with the call
Use the search bar to enter the contact's name or phone number. Click to open the contact record.
Locate the call in the contact’s activity feed
Scroll through the communication log. Find the specific call where you encountered the issue.
Expand the call details
Click the expand icon (usually a downward arrow or plus icon) to view more information.
Click “More Details”
Within the expanded call, click the More Details button. You will be redirected to the full communication view.
Copy the call link
Once redirected, copy the URL in your browser’s address bar. Share this link with Aloware Support for review.
Alternate route via Communication log
If you're already in the Communication Log, click the More Options next to the call, then select More Details to go directly to the call view.
